The Classy Years

      Finally 20, a birthday we both had greatly anticipated. As young fashionistas trying to get our foot in the door in the growing Toronto Fashion Industry, dressing to impress was a must.


Goodbye clubbing dress. Hello feathers, lace, and snakeskin.

        Being petite, we both wanted to find an outfit with endless texture and volume. An ostrich feather skirt was the perfect statement piece. Since the skirt was my featured article, I paired it with a simple black square neck tank top and a pair of plain black heels. My grandmother's black velvet belt with gold detailing was the perfect accessory to tie the look together. To finish off the look, I brought along my vintage Via Condotti by Winfried Kralle clutch - black leather with a python skin front. A stunning piece to say the least. 

       M decided to go with a simple, but elegant Ark & Co. white flower dress. She paired it with a vintage brown leather clutch with gold detailing. A pair of nude heels finished off her desired look.
